    Katie Sheahan is our Parts, Shipping & Receiving and Dispatcher. Katie has been with Eastman Plumbing since 2022. She is responsible for overseeing all material for retail and jobs, sales in the showroom, answering phones, scheduling and handling customer accounts.

    Katie’s favourite part of the job is hearing customers feedback with their whole experience. She loves to put together a customers vision and gaining a customer for life.

  • Donna

    Donna Gardiner is our Administrator and Dispatcher. She has been with Eastman Plumbing since 2023. Donna is responsible for answering the phones, following up with customers, scheduling the technicians, employee administration, customer service and showroom assistance. Donna always has such a warm smile and welcomes customers when they come into the showroom.

    She genuinely loves talking to customers and meeting new people daily.
